Is my text sent anywhere?

No. The conversion is plain JavaScript running in your browser, and the page makes no network request with your text. Nothing is stored either: reload the page and it starts empty.

What is the difference between Title Case and Capitalised Case?

Title Case capitalises every word except the short ones (a, an, and, the, of, in, on, at, to, for, or, but, nor), which stay lower unless they begin or end a line or follow a full stop, question mark, exclamation mark or colon. Capitalised Case capitalises every word. the lord of the rings becomes The Lord of the Rings in Title Case and The Lord Of The Rings in Capitalised Case.

How do camelCase, snake_case and the other code cases split words?

Each line is split on spaces, punctuation and the boundaries already inside camel-cased words, then the pieces are lowered and joined. userID number becomes user_id_number, XMLHttpRequest becomes xml_http_request, and version 2.0 (beta) becomes version_2_0_beta. An apostrophe inside a word is dropped rather than split, so don't stop becomes dont_stop. Every line is converted on its own, so a list stays a list.

What does Sentence case do with names and acronyms?

It lowers everything, then capitalises the first word of each line and the first word after a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark that is followed by a space. It does not know names, the pronoun I or acronyms, so i met Mohd at NASA becomes I met mohd at nasa, and the word after an abbreviation such as e.g. is capitalised. Check those by hand.

Does it work with accents and other alphabets?

Yes. Letters are converted with the browser's Unicode case rules, so café becomes CAFÉ, straße becomes STRASSE, and Greek or Cyrillic text converts like any other. Scripts without upper and lower case, such as Devanagari, Arabic and Chinese, are left exactly as they are, and line breaks are always kept.
